Bank Hold Report
Purpose
Lists holds placed on an account in the Helix Admin Console. This does not include check holds.
Why Use This Report
Review active and expired holds for customer accounts. This helps confirm that funds are being appropriately restricted and released according to policy.
When to Run
On demand or as part of daily, weekly, or monthly operational reviews.

Operations, customer support, and risk or compliance staff who need insight into held funds on customer accounts.
