Purpose

Lists ACH transactions initiated by Helix that remain in “Initiated” status—scheduled for processing but not yet completed.

Why Use This Report

To review pending ACH transactions before they process, allowing time to void or investigate them for potential fraud, errors, or customer concerns.

When to Run

On demand.

Who Uses This Report

Bank staff and client users.

Filters

You can filter the report using:

• FI Program(s)

• Transaction Type

• Return Reasons

• Min Amount

• Max Amount

Tips

• Use this report to identify pending ACH transactions that can still be voided if necessary, such as in cases of suspected fraud or customer requests.
