Stop Pay Status Report
Purpose
Displays all stop payments in Helix that were placed in a given date range and their statuses.
Why Use This Report
Monitor all active and expired stop payment requests on customer accounts to ensure that incoming transactions are blocked as intended.
When to Run
On demand.
Who Uses This Report
Bank staff and client users.
Filters
You can filter the report using:
- FI Programs
- Account ID
- Begin Date
- End Date
- Stop Pay Payment Type
- Stop Pay Status
- Stop Pay Type
