The status an applicant has once they have been placed in Manual Review status during registration due to alerts during the IDology, USA PATRIOT Act, or IQ Question scans. They remain in Manual Review status until approved or denied by the Helix bank of record. Applicants remain in a Manual Review status regardless of whether they have uploaded requested documentation. If they do not upload the requested documentation by the deadline determined by the Helix bank of record, they are placed in Expired status.

Refers to the consolidation of companies or assets through various types of financial transactions.
Mobile remote deposit capture (MRDC)
Enables customers to turn a mobile or personal device into a deposit-making device. Through the client's application, the depositor uses the mobile or personal device's camera to take a picture of the front and back of each check, then submits the images in realtime to Ensenta. In turn, the image is either accepted or rejected by Ensenta and a notification is sent to the depositor. If the image is rejected, the customer can take another picture and attempt to deposit the check again.
Money laundering
The conversion or transfer of property derived from a criminal offense for the purpose of concealing, or disguising, the illicit origin of the property, or of assisting any person who is involved in the commission of such an offense, to evade the legal consequences of the action; the concealment or disguise of the true nature, source, location, disposition, movement, rights with respect to, or ownership of property, knowing that such property is derived from a criminal offense.
